Promoworx Investments CC ("Promoworx", "we", "us", "our") respects your privacy.   • Payment information: where you pay online, payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store full card details.

  • To communicate with you about orders, artwork approvals, and support.

Some of our suppliers, logistics partners, or service providers operate outside Namibia, including in South Africa. Where your information is handled outside Namibia, we take reasonable steps to keep it protected and limited to what is needed to fulfil your order.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by Namibian tax and company law, after which it is securely deleted or anonymised.
