Returns And Refunds

Branded, personalised, and made-to-order Goods are produced specifically for you. Because they cannot be resold, they are non-returnable unless they are faulty or were supplied incorrectly. Please check your artwork approval and specification carefully before production begins.

• Inspect your Goods on delivery or collection.
• Report any damage, shortage, or incorrect item to us in writing within 24 hours of receipt, with photos where possible.
• We will arrange a repair, replacement, credit, or refund for the affected items.

• If a product is mechanically or functionally defective, report it in writing within 5 days of receipt.
• Once we have confirmed the fault, we will repair, replace, or credit the item at our discretion.
• This does not cover normal wear, misuse, or damage caused after delivery.

We do not accept returns of correctly supplied Goods, branded or unbranded, simply because you have changed your mind. Where we agree to an exception at management's discretion for standard unbranded stock, a 35% restocking and handling fee applies, and the Goods must be unused and in original packaging.

• Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 14 days of confirmation.
• Where a credit is issued, it can be applied to a future order.
• Delivery charges are refunded only where the return is due to our error.
