Shipping And Delivery

• Most of our range is produced and branded through our regional supply network and freighted into Namibia before final delivery to you. Standard turnaround is approximately 7 to 12 working days from the date of final artwork approval and cleared payment, depending on the product, branding method, and your delivery location.
• Windhoek and central deliveries are typically at the shorter end of this range. Coastal and northern deliveries carry additional transit days.
• Selected items can be produced locally in Namibia, which shortens the timeline. We will always confirm the real timeline for your specific order before you commit, not a generic estimate.
• Turnaround excludes weekends, Namibian and South African public holidays, and our annual shutdown period.
• Rush and event deadlines can often be met by arrangement. Tell us your in-hand date before you order, speak to us directly if you are unsure, and we will confirm in writing whether we can meet it.

All delivery dates are estimates. We work hard to meet them, but delays caused by customs clearance, freight partners, or supplier stock shortages can occur and are outside our control. Where a delay affects your deadline, we will tell you as soon as we know.

• We deliver across Namibia, including Windhoek and the Khomas region, the coast (Walvis Bay, Swakopmund), the north (Oshakati, Ondangwa, Rundu), and other towns on request.
• Delivery charges depend on order size, weight, and destination, and are shown on your quote or invoice.
• Collection from our Windhoek base may be available by arrangement.

Power banks and certain other goods that cannot be air-freighted are transported by road freight, which can extend delivery times. Large-format and bulky items such as gazebos and display units may require special delivery arrangements.

• Risk in the Goods passes to you on delivery or collection.
• Inspect your Goods on arrival and report any damage or shortage within 24 hours as set out in our Returns and Refunds policy.

If a delivery cannot be completed because no one is available to receive it or the address details were incorrect, re-delivery may incur an additional charge.
