Terms & Conditions

Promoworx Investments CC (registration number CC/2024/02193) is a Namibian supplier of promotional products, corporate gifts, branded apparel, workwear, and event branding. • "Goods" means the products you order from us.
• "Services" means branding, design, and related services we provide.
• "Order" means a request for Goods or Services that we have confirmed by invoice or in writing.
• "Quote" means a written estimate of price and specification, valid for the period stated on it.

• A Quote is not a binding contract until you approve it and we confirm the Order in writing.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise, and may change if supplier pricing, stock, exchange rates, or specifications change.
• Once an Order is confirmed and an invoice is generated, it becomes a binding agreement.
• We may decline or cancel an Order where stock is unavailable, pricing was materially incorrect, or the request breaches these Terms.

Prices are quoted in Namibian Dollar (N$).
Standard orders require 100% payment upfront before stock is secured or branding begins.
For bulk or corporate orders above N$50,000, a deposit of at least 70% is required within 24 hours of invoice to secure stock, with the remaining 30% due before final delivery or collection.
Orders are only released to production once payment has cleared in our bank account.

Branding is provided only on Goods procured through Promoworx.
You are responsible for supplying correct, print-ready artwork and for approving the final layout in writing before production.
We are not liable for spelling, colour, or placement issues where the finished product matches the layout you approved.
Colours may vary slightly between screen, proof, and final print due to material and process differences.

Before branding approval: if you cancel a confirmed Order before branding is approved, a 15% handling fee on the total Order value applies, to cover supplier restocking and administrative costs.
After artwork layouts: if you cancel after artwork layouts have been produced, a layout fee of N$150.00 per layout applies.
After branding approval: once artwork is approved and branding has commenced, the Order cannot be cancelled.

Your rights and our process for faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied Goods are set out in our Returns and Refunds policy, which forms part of these Terms.

The Website, its content, and our brand assets are owned by or licensed to Promoworx and may not be copied or reused without permission.
You confirm that any logo or artwork you supply does not infringe a third party's rights, and you indemnify us against claims arising from artwork you provide.

We supply Goods and Services with reasonable care and skill.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, special, or consequential loss, including lost profits or business interruption arising from delays or the use of Goods.
Our total liability for any Order is limited to the value of that Order, or to the replacement of faulty Goods or a credit of equivalent value.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Namibian law.

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable Namibian law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Namibia, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the Namibian courts.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the Website at the time you place an Order applies to that Order.
